You will find this information on Microsoft Teams in the Sonoma County Water Agency/IT Announcements channel. We have several tabs set-up in the IT Announcements channel that includes information on how to contact IT, access webmail, and use VPN, as well as guidance for other tools you will need.
You can download the Microsoft Teams application to your home computer.
Login Instructions - These login instructions will give you information you need to login in to Microsoft Teams, as well as the userid format.
Show Hidden Channels - Please note that the first time you login into Teams, your channels may be hidden. If this is the case, you will need to Show any of the channels you wish to see.
