- After-hours Water and Sewage Emergency Hotline: 707-523-1070 - The Sonoma County Water Agency's Operations Center is staffed on a 24-hour basis. Call this hotline to report any sewage spills, overflows, backed-up sewer lines, or other sewer or water related emergencies.
- Flood Forecast Hotline: 707-526-4768 - The Flood Forecast is a recording that provides updates on local river conditions when the river is forecast to reach flood stage. Sonoma County Water Agency updates the recordings as conditions change.

Public Records Act Requests
The California Public Records Act (PRA) gives every person the right to inspect and obtain copies of Sonoma Water's public records, unless those records are exempt from disclosure by law (Government Code section 7920.000 et seq.).
Public records include any writing containing information relating to the conduct of the public's business that is prepared, owned, used, or retained by Sonoma Water, regardless of physical form or characteristics (Government Code section 7920.530(a)).
Sonoma Water can only respond to requests for its own records. Requests for records of other County departments or State agencies should be directed to those agencies. Records that have been transferred to the County or State Archives should be requested from the applicable archives.
How to Submit a Request
All public records requests are submitted through the County of Sonoma's centralized Public Records Request portal, which provides a single location for submitting and tracking requests for all County departments.

- Click "Make Request."
- Select "Water Agency" from the department menu.
